Meet the Notorious RBL.

Family Member Care was built to help our founder and his sister look after their mum – aka the Notorious RBL. Phone Notes, Google Docs and a tangle of group chats in different places meant important things kept slipping. Family Member Care was built to solve that problem. Turns out everyone had the same problem too, and in 2023, Family Member Care was released.

In 2024, after being exposed to Aged-Care and NDIS organisations, the team realised they could help providers too. So they built the Provider side of the platform to manage Case Notes, Rostering, Timesheets, and more.

Is my family’s information private?

Yes. Your records are visible only to the people in your care group. We never sell your information and never use your care records for anything other than serving you your own data.

Do I need the app, or does it work on the web?

It works in any web browser today. The iOS and Android apps arrive in September 2026.

What does it cost?

Start with a 7-day free trial – no credit card needed. After that, Standard is $9.99 a month ($106.99 a year) for one carer, and Premium is $16.99 a month ($179.99 a year) for up to two carers. You can add additional carers for $4.99 a month. See the pricing page for the full comparison.

Can the whole family use it?

Yes – invite siblings, partners and support workers so everyone sees the same up-to-date picture. But you, as the Admin of the care group, retain complete control over who has access.

Is my data locked in?

No. You can export a PDF summary or your records at any time. Your data is yours.
